I had a rental home in Long Beach which the tenants had thrashed. Julia recommended a home inspector who documented the damage and provided me with a list of recommended repairs and upgrades. After evicting the tenants, it took me several months to repair the house and grounds.

During these months Julia was most supportive, she would visit the work once a week and make useful suggestions.
